Payment
50% of implementation on acceptance and 50% when the approved system is ready for controlled go-live. Monthly platform, management and selected AI licence charges are paid in advance.

Initial term
Three managed months from controlled go-live. Continuation is selected before day ninety and then runs month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.

AI architecture
The selected ORBITxi AI architecture is enabled per operating workspace. Usage-based AI is estimated from model tokens and processing minutes. Subscription tiers use the quoted ORBITxi supplied rate and may be subject to fair-use protections.

Trial credit
When the agreement is signed by 31 July 2026 and the Full AI Suite is selected, ORBITxi will fund the first thirty days of that licence. The credit applies once, has no cash value and excludes carrier, messaging, WhatsApp, numbers and specialised variable usage.

Channel usage
Phone calls, paid messages, WhatsApp template usage, numbers, verification and related charges remain separate even when an AI subscription includes the AI processing component.

Estimator assumptions
Displayed totals are indicative and use stated assumptions for exchange rates, model context, call mix, channel activity and selected scope. They are not a binding quotation and are refreshed during final scope review.

Bundle discounts
Any displayed discount applies only to eligible implementation modules and is capped at ten percent. It does not reduce the foundation, assessments, subscriptions, AI licensing, management, usage, numbers or third-party charges.

Change control
New agents, workflows, pipelines, campaigns, integrations and material revisions require a written estimate or approved work packet.

Client changes
ORBITxi is not responsible for errors caused by unauthorised client changes, third-party updates or modifications outside the managed scope.

Dependencies
Features, pricing, approvals and availability controlled by channel, telephony, AI and infrastructure providers may change. ORBITxi will confirm current activation requirements before final acceptance.

Outcomes
ORBITxi commits to the agreed implementation and service process, not guaranteed sales, approvals, conversion, revenue, platform uptime or perfect AI accuracy.

Validity
This proposal is valid until 31 July 2026. Prices exclude VAT if applicable and remain subject to final access and technical assessment.
